By submitting an order for a product the customer agrees that they are buying for the users they have indicated in the order process, and not for resale or export to others.

• 1-User PDF
  This license allows for use of a report by one person. This person may use the report on any computer, (report is not printable for 1-user license only), but may not share the report (or any information contained therein) with any other person or persons. Unless a 5-User License, a Site License or an Enterprise License is purchased, a 1-User License must be purchased for every person that wishes to use the report within the same enterprise. Customers who infringe these license terms are liable for an Enterprise license fee. The 1-User license access is limited to 1 year access.
• Team (6 Users)
  This license allows for use of a report by six people within the same enterprise location. Each of these people may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report (or any information contained therein) with any other person or persons. Customers who infringe these license terms are liable for an Enterprise license fee. The Team license access is limited to 1 year access.
• Site PDF
  This license allows for use of a report by an unlimited number of people within the same enterprise location (site). Each of these people may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report (or any information contained therein) with any person or persons outside of the enterprise location. Customers who infringe these license terms are liable for an Enterprise license fee.
• Enterprise PDF + Dataset
  This license allows for use of a report by an unlimited number of people within the same enterprise worldwide. Each of these people may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report (or any information contained therein) with any other person or persons outside of the enterprise. In the pharma sector, we also include forecast revenues for key drugs/products in the market. If relevant we also forecast company revenues coming from the indication/sector being covered. Datasets in the other sectors refers to the Excel spreadsheet that we have formulated and which details the global, regional / national and submarket data as shown within our reports. The datasets would also show our forecasts for each of the global, regional / national and submarkets over a 10 year period with detailed annual growth rates(AGR%) and compound annual growth rates (CAGR) revealed. The progression in regional , national and submarket share would also be illustrated. in some cases the datasets may also include list of significant contracts / programmes and / or product sales data.
