Videoconferencing systems that offer built-in multipoint bridging capabilities are included. Sales from video conferencing infrastructure products (bridges, gateways, gatekeepers, and management and scheduling tools) , sales from personal desktop software, telepresence systems, and associated managed services are not included in this research service.Revenues represent manufacturers’ sales of video conferencing endpoints to value-added resellers, distributors, service providers (telcos, conferencing service providers), original equipment manufacturers and direct to end users. Revenues do not include any service fees associated with maintenance, integration, consulting, project management, installation, and training. Revenues from sales of accessories and options (monitors, carts, image share devices, microphones) are included when they are part of the standard configuration.
